Accessibility Statement
CareScope is committed to making carescope.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

01Conformance target
We aim for substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. “Substantial conformance” means most of the site meets the standard while some content may not yet fully conform.
02Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with a single descriptive heading hierarchy per page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, article pages, and forms, with visible focus indicators.
- Accessible names and labels on interactive controls, and programmatic association of form errors.
- Color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA thresholds; color is never the only means of conveying risk status.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom to 200% and reflow on small viewports.
- Restrained motion, with no essential information conveyed only through animation.
03Known limitations
Some data visualizations, including risk gauges and category bars, present information graphically. Each is paired with a numeric score and text label, but screen reader users may find the text summary more efficient than the graphic. We continue to improve these components.
04Assessment and feedback
We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen reader review. If you encounter a barrier, email support@carescope.com with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days and will provide the requested information in an alternative accessible format where needed.
05Alternative access
If any part of this site is not accessible to you, an advisor can complete an intake with you by phone or provide deliverables in an alternative format at no cost.
